• ​All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless weather is not permitting. 

• No-shows will surrender their payment without refund.

• Sessions are all back to back and only 15 minutes long. It is imperative that you show up on time. Arriving late will result in forfeiting your session time. If your session is 15 minutes long and you are 10 minutes late, your session will only last 5 minutes. 

• These are for families & couples only. No extended family sessions. 

• If we need to reschedule due to weather, photographer will be responsible to find another date that works for both parties. 

• Photographer reserves the right to make decision on rescheduling. 

• Sessions will be delivered in a 2-3 week time frame and in an online gallery only.

• Sessions only come with 3 digital photos. Additional photos may be purchased through your gallery for $25/photo.
